2. Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and/or its affiliates ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles all payment, sales tax collection, and remittance obligations.
3. What you're buying
A one-time payment of $5.99 USD grants you lifetime access to the Brand Baseline guided brand strategy tool, tied to the email address you purchase with.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Brand Baseline for your own personal or business brand strategy work. You may not resell access, scrape our AI outputs at scale, or attempt to bypass payment or authentication.
5. Intellectual property
The Brand Baseline product, framework, and generated output templates remain our intellectual property. The specific strategy content generated from your answers is yours to use however you like.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, abuse the AI generation endpoint, or issue a chargeback.

Brand Baseline provides strategic guidance generated by AI. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or trademark advice. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.
