30-day refund window
We offer a full refund on Brand Baseline within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked. To request one, email studio@byashleenicole.com from the address you purchased with.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days. When a refund is approved, your lifetime access is automatically revoked.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, access will be revoked immediately pending the outcome of the dispute. Please contact us first — we'll always try to resolve it directly.
