Who is the data controller
Ashlee Nicole (trading as Brand Baseline) is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: studio@byashleenicole.com.
What we collect
- Account data: the email address you sign up and purchase with.
- Purchase data: transaction ID and purchase timestamp (no card details ever reach us).
- Content you submit: the answers you enter into the Brand Baseline questionnaire, used to generate your strategy output.
- Usage data: basic technical logs (browser, IP, timestamps) needed to run and secure the app.
How we use it
To operate the tool, generate your strategy output, verify your purchase, send magic-link sign-in emails, and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle receives your email, billing address, and card details directly to process payment, sales tax, and refunds. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Supabase — hosted authentication and database provider.
- Anthropic — AI provider that generates the strategy text from your answers.
Retention
We keep your account and purchase record for as long as your lifetime access is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us — this will revoke access.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by contacting studio@byashleenicole.com. If you're in the EU/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
